We venture into the unknown to discover new opportunities, guided by curiosity and an open mind. We encourage people to challenge assumptions, think big, be brave, and always learn in the process.
You will be encouraged to test ideas, ask questions, and learn fast.
-
We love a problem, because we get to find a solution. We are fearless in our approach, happily ignoring convention to bring radical ideas to life. We thrive on the new, the bold and the different, and never settle for the obvious.
You will be trusted to try new approaches and improve how we work.
-
We’re not suppliers – we’re allies. Our clients and partners trust us to challenge them, back them and grow with them. We are always transparent, always accountable, always authentic.
You will be supported, challenged, and treated as a partner, not a resource.

Hear from our team
-
Alya Kubati
Senior Data & Insights Director
“SINE genuinely backs new ideas. People aren’t afraid to challenge the usual way of doing things, and there’s a real appetite to build smarter, better solutions for clients. I love how quickly we can take an idea and turn it into something real that clients actually use. We’ve grown fast, but we’ve kept the pace and collaboration you normally only get in a smaller team. It’s fantastic.”
-
Ella Wiseman
Account Director, UK Shows
I joined SINE at a really early stage (employee number 13) and have had opportunities here that I never expected. From leading industry-first campaigns to working across both the West End and Broadway, I’ve been trusted to push boundaries and try new approaches that genuinely changed how shows market themselves.
SINE backed me to take risks, grow quickly, and eventually lead SINE’s expansion into the US, taking on our first Broadway clients. What stands out most is the support and belief from the people here. I’ve built lifelong friendships, worked on projects I’m incredibly proud of, and found an industry and team I truly love.”

Will jarvis
Senior SEO Executive
“I like the variety in my role, from working with fashion brands to major venues. The SEO team is focused on testing, learning and evolving, rather than relying on the same approaches. The training and development have helped me progress quickly, and attending events like BrightonSEO has been a huge bonus. Being part of a UK Search Awards winning team really reflects the quality of work we do.”
-
Gaby Schmitt-Castilla
Senior Account Executive, Paid Search
“From day one at SINE, I’ve been encouraged to grow, challenge myself, and keep learning. As a result, my role has evolved quickly, and over time, I’ve been given more responsibility and trusted to make a real impact. One of my favourite moments has been helping with the Future Talent Scheme day – having come through the scheme myself, it felt like a full-circle moment.”
-
Devyn Young
Account Manager, US Venues
“As an Account Manager for our US venues, my job includes leading various client meetings and being the project manager behind the scenes to make sure all campaigns are on track.
I love that SINE enters data and insights in all of our work. In my past experiences within the entertainment industry data and insights can be pushed to the side, but SINE uses data as our north star for all that we do.
I love getting to know all of our clients. We work with some really amazing venues across the country, so it’s great to work with so many people who are bringing theatre and live entertainment to their local communities.”
Recruitment Process
We know interviews can feel daunting, so we aim to keep our process clear, fair, and human. Our process may vary depending on the role, but here’s a look at what you can typically expect when interviewing at SINE:
What happens next?
If you receive an offer:
Congratulations! If we believe you’re the right fit for SINE, our People team will reach out with an offer. We’ll share all the details about the role, salary and next steps. At this stage of the process we encourage you to ask any additional questions to ensure you feel confident and excited about joining our team. Once you accept, we’ll kick off the onboarding process to set you up for success from day one.
If you’re not selected
If we decide to move forward with other candidates, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. We understand that this can be disappointing, but if you’d like some feedback on your interview, let us know – we’re happy to help as you continue your job search.
Just because it wasn’t the right fit this time doesn’t mean it won’t be in the future. We’d love for you to keep an eye out for different roles and apply again.
If you require any adjustments or support during the recruitment process, let us know at [email protected] – we’re here to ensure you have what you need to show up as your best self.
“Because building a great workplace also means building a responsible business.”
We’re committed to creating a workplace where people feel respected, valued, and empowered to thrive, just as they are. We believe diverse perspectives and lived experiences are essential to driving innovation, and we’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
Inclusion is more than a policy, it’s part of our culture. We welcome talent from all backgrounds and are committed to ensuring everyone feels a true sense of belonging at SINE.
-
Transparency and Accountability
We believe trust is built through openness. That’s why we have transparent internal salary bands, helping to ensure fairness and accountability across the business. We also review our gender pay gap, even where this is not legally required, because we believe it’s important to measure what matters, be accountable and keep improving.
-
Good Business Charter
In June 2025, SINE attained accreditation from the Good Business Charter (GBC). The GBC recognises organisations that embed fairness, transparency, and responsibility across ten key components. It reflects our commitment to doing business the right way, for our team, our clients, and our wider community.
-
Carbon Neutral Certified
In line with our GBC commitments and wider Corporate Social Responsibility values, we’re proud to be carbon neutral certified through Carbon Neutral Britain. This certification reflects our efforts to:
+ Complete an annual carbon audit
+ Offset unavoidable emissions through verified schemes
+ Set long-term goals aligned with the UK’s 2050 net-zero target.
We’ve also made practical changes day-to-day, from smarter recycling and energy-efficient systems to more sustainable choices in the office. Beyond this, we’re working to reduce the carbon cost of digital advertising for our clients too.
